《关于加强学校同生活的联系和进一步发展苏联国民教育制度》的法律苏联最高苏维埃于1958年12月24日通过的一项教育法律。其目的是使学校同生活相联系，教育与生产劳动相结合。50年代，由于苏联中等教育逐渐普及，中学毕业生逐年增多，他们不能全部升学。但是中等学校过去只注意培养青年进高等学校学习，对青年就业缺乏必要的教育与引导，这就造成了就业的困难。这个法律就是企图解决这个矛盾。该法律共分4章42条。前言批评学校的主要缺点是教学在一定程度上脱离生活，毕业生对从事实际活动的准备不足，强调所有青年从15～16岁起必须参加力所能及的公益劳动，并且必须使他们以后所受的全部教育同国民经济中的生产劳动结合起来。第一章关于中学教育。规定中学学制由延长为，分为两个阶段进行：第一阶段为8年制的普及义务教育，由实施普通教育、劳动教育和综合技术教育相结合的不完全中学进行。学生以学习科学基础知识为主，并广泛参加适合其年龄特点的各种形式的公益劳动。第二阶段为完全的中等教育，可通过业余的青年工人学校和农村青年学校、兼施生产教学的劳动综合技术学校(普通中学)、中等技术学校和其他中等专业学校等进行。三种类型的学校，学制均为3年，普通中学必须进行职业训练。第二章关于职业技术教育。规定必须大量发展城市和农村职业技术学校，并根据生产部门的需要设置专业。在3～5 年内，把劳动后备系统的工厂学校、技工学校、铁路学校、矿业学校、建筑学校、农业机械化学校和工厂艺徒学校等，均按新的职业技术教育体系改组为城市职业技术学校（学制1～3年）和农村职业技术学校（学制1～2年）。第三章关于中等专业教育。规定培养中级专门人才，主要招收8年制学校毕业生，某些专业则招收完全中等学校的毕业生。中等专业学校除了保证使学生获得?醒Х段诘钠胀ㄖ兑酝猓褂κ蛊浠竦帽匾淖ㄒ瞪系睦砺坌扪褪导识土叮辉谥械裙ひ岛团┮笛；褂Φ笔谟柩持种耙倒と说燃兜淖矢裰な椤?第四章关于高等教育。强调招收有实际工龄的青年入学（不得少于80％）。根据党、团、工会、其他社会组织以及工业企业和集体农庄所提出的鉴定表，优先录取在生产中表现出色的、优秀的青年工人和农民。此项法律在实施中遇到了困难，特别是学校中安排的生产劳动时间过多，影响了教学质量。1964年苏联共产党中央委员会、苏联部长会议又通过决定，缩短普通中学的学习年限，减少生产劳动时间。1973年《苏联和各加盟共和国国民教育立法纲要》公布后，此法律作废。
