1.The different constitution and product of interface between fiber and matrix of SiC fiber reinforced Al matrix composite (SiCf/Al) and the effects on the properties of SiCf/Al and its acoustic emission (AE) behaviors have been studied by using cold field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) with high resolution and AE technique.运用高分辨场发射扫描电镜（FE－SEM）和声发射（AE）测试技术研究了SiC纤维铝基复合材料（SiCf/Al）的不同界面组成和界面产物及其对复合材料性能和AE行为的影响，发现富碳处理的SiCf/Al生成Al4C3脆性界面，在拉伸过程中界面脆断产生许多中幅AE信号，而富SiO2处理的SiCf/Al生成韧度较高的富氧产物，界面强度较高，在形变过程中不易发生界面断裂，不产生中幅AE信号。
2.Recombinant collagen(RHCg) and bovine tendon typeⅠcollagen(BTCg) are analyzed by using FT-IR andFE-SEM respectively.用红外光谱分析了重组胶原蛋白和牛源Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的结构,并用场发射扫描电镜观察了两种胶原蛋白的形貌。

5)FESEM-EDX场发射扫描电镜及能谱
1.The XRD,FESEM-EDX and ICP were used to analyze mineral components of the feed coals and coal ashes from the Shougang Power Plant.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜及能谱(FESEM-EDX)以及等离子光谱(ICP)等手段,对首钢电厂粉煤灰的矿物学及化学组成特征进行了详细研究,结果表明,首钢电厂粉煤灰属于低钙粉煤灰,玻璃体是其主要组成部分,其中又以I型玻璃体占绝对优势,Ⅱ型玻璃体含量极少,但是有较多的富铁玻璃体。
