铁合金生产废水处理铁合金生产废水处理treatment of ferroalloy production wastewatert一ehe]旧shengehon fe}shu一ehull铁合金生产废水处理(treatment of ferroal-loy produetion wastewater)除去铁合金生产过程中产生的废水的有害物质，使达到排放标准或回收利用的过程。铁合金生产废水主要有封闭式电炉的烟气洗涤水、锰铁高炉的烟气洗涤水、冲渣系统废水、生产金属铬时来自浸出铬渣的废水、生产五氧化二钒的分离废液等，铁合金生产废水成分复杂，并含有各种有毒物质锰铁高炉煤气洗涤水中含悬浮物250门~35。。mg“I(8。/的粒度小于1。拜m)·含锰200mg/I·含氰化物1。。一200mgl如将此水循环使用，其污染物浓度还将提高，氰化物可达300一l()(”nlg厂I，最高可达25。。m目l生产金属铬时·废水中六价铬的浓度为别一1自。mgl;生产钒铁时·废水中的钒浓度为8门~1 3omgl:由一级文氏管排出的废水，可投加混凝剂(常用三氯化铁，也可兼投聚合硫酸铁和聚丙烯酞胺等)使之澄清。从沉淀池排出的上清液经冷却塔冷却后，再返回二级文氏管循环使用。排出的泥浆经浓缩脱水后作为冶炼原料回收利用。冶炼锰铁合金外排废水时，要对氰化物进行处理，并调整pH值。如含氰浓度很高时，常用酸化曝气一碱液吸收法回收废水中的氰化物。废水再经碱性氯化法处理后予以排放。在进行碱性氯化法处理时，最好加人过量的氯系氧化剂，使氰化物氧化为氰酸盐后能进一步氧化为N:和CO:，以保证安全。处理水在排放前还应加酸中和，使pH值达到排放要求。冶炼铬铁合金时，除对废水中的氰化物应加处理并调整pH值外，还应处理六价铬。方法是在酸性条件(pH<3)下用亚硫酸氢钠还原六价铬，使之转化为三价铬;然后加碱使pH值介于7一8，形成Cr(OH)3沉淀，再予以分离。冶炼钒铁合金时，可用同法对废水进行处理;还原剂除亚硫酸氢钠外，还可选用铁屑。铁合金废水处理的发展趋势:一是闭路循环，即将一级文氏管的排水经混凝沉淀处理后，一部分循环使用于二级文氏管，另一部分用于冲渣，不足部分用新生补充;二是用干法净化装置代替湿法净化装置，从根本上杜绝铁合金电炉的外排废水问题。 (王绍文)
