蜡状芽孢杆菌分子式:CAS号:性质:芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)中的一种。是引起食物中毒的病原菌。典型的菌体细胞。有部分菌株能产生肠毒素。呈杆状(约1.5μm),有色。孢子呈椭圆形。在葡萄糖肉汤中厌氧培养产酸,从阿拉伯糖、甘露醇、木糖不产酸。分解碳水化合物不产气。大多数菌株还原硝酸盐。50℃时不生长。有致呕吐型和腹泻型胃肠炎肠毒素两类。引起中毒的食品有米饭、豆类、乳肉类制品、甜点、凉菜等。中毒者症状为腹痛、呕吐腹泻。在100℃下加热20min可破坏这类菌。
