固定管板换热器分子式:CAS号:性质:将一束管两端穿过端板并固定在端板上,并将此放入壳体内,两端管板和壳体固定成一体,具有结构简单和成本低的优点。但壳程清洗和检修困难,因此,要求壳方流体必须是清洁且不易结垢的物料。当两流体温度差较大时,应考虑热补偿。图示为(图暂缺)具有补偿圈(或称膨胀节)的固定管板换热器。当外壳和管束热膨胀不同时,补偿圈发生弹性变形以适应外壳和管束不同的热膨胀程度。这种补偿方法简单,但不宜应用在两流体温差过大(应不大于70℃)和壳程流体压强过高(一般不高于600kPa)的场合。
