动词短语是由动词和介词、副词、名词等构成的，在句中作谓语。
401.make a promise答应，允诺
用法：make a promise一般跟动词不定式连接，表示许诺别人做某事。
例句：My father made apromise to take me to the zoo.
爸爸答应要带我去动物园。
结构分析：My father是主语，made是谓语， a promise to take me to the zoo是宾语。
402.make beds整理床铺
用法：make beds是固定用法，也可以表示为make the bed。
例句：She spent two minutes making beds every morning.
