大家好，我是浙江省衢州市开化县人民政府县长——鲁霞光，很荣幸能够在这里向大家介绍我美丽的家乡——开化。
开化地处浙皖赣三省七县交界处，是浙江省母亲河钱塘江的源头，更是习总书记深情点赞的“好地方”：
好地方的好，在于国家公园的好生态。为担起“一江清水送杭城”的使命，开化始终不渝践行“生态立县”战略不动摇，先后摘得国家级生态县、国家生态文明建设示范区两项桂冠，全国首批10个之一、长三角地区唯一的国家公园体制试点也落户开化。这里有“中国最美森林”之称的钱江源亚热带常绿阔叶林，有被誉为“南方大熊猫”的黑麂等3600多种生物，全县森林覆盖率高达80.9%，常年空气优良率99.1%，出境水质常年保持Ⅰ、Ⅱ类标准。可以说，绿色是我们开化的底色。
好地方的好，在于千年积淀的好人文。开化建县于北宋太平兴国六年，是一座千年古县，这里有香火草龙等64项市级以上非遗文化；有明清御用贡纸“开化纸”，大家熟知的《四库全书》就是用开化纸印制而成的；有浙江八大考古发现之一的明代龙坦青花窑址。开化还是浙江省第一批革命老区县，是新四军主力的发源地、集结地。可以说，红色是开化的基因。
好地方的好，在于全域可游的好景致。开化是浙江首批全域旅游示范县，全县共有古田山、七彩长虹等国家3A级以上景区12个，两小时交通圈内有13个国家5A级景区。“世界根雕看中国，中国根雕在开化”，我们的根宫佛国国家5A级景区是世界唯一根文化主题景区，景区内拥有2万余尊根雕艺术精品，在第76届威尼斯电影节上隆重亮相。开化也是全国生态美食之乡，被《舌尖上的中国》特别推介的开化青蛳，被誉为“东方披萨”的开化气糕，以及与西湖龙井齐名的开化龙顶茶等一批生态美食，总能给您带来一场味觉盛宴。
好地方的好，在于乐居乐业的好生活。随着长三角一体化国家战略的推进，开化从省际边陲变为了长三角的西部门户，九景衢铁路、黄衢南高速、杭新景高速的通车，以及通用航空机场的建设让开化正式迈入长三角两小时交通圈，“两山”实践的道路越走越宽。先后创成国家园林县城、美丽中国示范县，浙江首批“大花园”典范县，获评中国幸福百县。老百姓的日子越过越红火，来开化投资兴业、康养休闲的人也越来越多。开化是一个景美、人更美的好地方。

Hello, everyone.I am Lu Xia guang, county mayor of the peoples government of Kaihua county, Quzhou city, Zhejiang province.It is my great honor to introduce my beautiful hometown -- Kaihua to you.
Located at the junction of Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces and seven counties, Kaihua is the source of Qiantang river, the mother river of Zhejiang province,and a "good place" that general secretary Xi thumb up: Good place is good at its good ecology of the national park.In order to take on the mission of "a pool of water lead to Hangcheng",Kaihua has been unswervingly practicing the strategy of "ecological county" for 22 years,and has won two awards of national ecological countyand national ecological civilization demonstration zone. One of the first 10,the only national park system pilot in the Yangtze River Delta region and has also been settled here.Here has Qianjiangyuan subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest, known as "Chinas most beautiful forest",black suede known as the "southern giant panda" and more than 3600 kinds of creatures.County forest coverage rate is as high as 80.9%,perennial air quality rate was 99.1%,exit water perennial keeps Ⅰ, Ⅱ class standard.It can be said that green is the base color of Kaihua.
Good place is good at good humanities accumulated over thousands of years.Kaihua county was built in the sixth year of Taiping Xingguo in northern Song dynasty.It is a millennium old county.There have grass dragon dance and other 64 municipal intangible cultural heritage.There have imperial tribute paper "Kaihua paper" of Ming and Qing dynasty."Four Branches of Literature" is printed with Kaihua paper.There have Longtan Qinghua kiln site of Ming dynasty, one of the eight archaeological finds in Zhejiang in .Kaihua is also the first batch of old revolutionary base areas and counties in Zhejiang province. It is also the birthplace and assembly place of the main force of the New Fourth Army.It can be said that red is the gene of Kaihua.
Good place is good at good scene that whole area can travel.Kaihua is one of the first batch of all-area tourism demonstration counties in Zhejiang province.There are 12 national 3A-level scenic spots such as Gutian mountain and colorful Changhong in the whole county,and 13 national 5A-level scenic spots in the two-hour traffic circle."The worlds root carvings are in China,and Chinas root carvings are in Kaihua”.Our Root Palace Buddha national 5A-level scenic spot is the only root cultural theme scenic spot in the world. The scenic spot has more than 20,000 pieces of fine root carving arts, which were grandly unveiled at the 76th Venice Film Festival. Kaihua is also national ecological food town.Kaihua bellamya quadrata,which is specially recommended by “A Bite of China”,Kaihua cake, known as "oriental pizza",and a batch of ecological food such as Kaihua Longding tea, which is as famous as West Lake Longjing, can always bring you a taste feast.
Good place is good at the good life of a happy live and work.With the development of the national strategy of integrating the Yangtze river delta,Kaihua has become the western gateway of the Yangtze river delta from an inter-provincial border.The opening of Jiujingqu railway, Huangqunan expresswayHangxinjing expressway,as well as the construction of general aviation airport, have officially enabled Kaihua to enter the two-hour traffic circle of the Yangtze river delta.The road to the practice of "two mountains" is getting wider and wider.It has become a national garden county,a model county of beautiful China,one of the first "big garden" model counties in Zhejiang,and has been awarded as one of Chinas hundred happiness counties.The life of the common people has become more and more prosperous,and more and more people have come to invest, health care and leisure.Kaihua is a good place with beautiful scenery and beautiful people.
In the past there was a place called Kaihua,now there is a park called Kaihua, in the future there is a kind of life called Kaihua!
