人工智能简称ai,它是研究、开发用于模拟、延伸和扩展人的智能的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学,在此次人工智能教育论坛中,黄锦辉教授对人工智能用更加利于理解的解释是人工智能等于云计算、大数据、机器学习和5g技术综合的产物,做好人工智能教育能实现不断提升人们生活的质量,在论坛中,刘三女牙教授指出人工智能教育的智能化新模式正在形成,其教育的着力点集中在算力、数据处理、算法以及场景化的学习,使学生对教材可以理解,教育情景可以感知,学习服务可以定制,使人工智能教育从智能增强,转变为智能补偿,最终达到智能替代。

在实际过程中,很多学校没有开展人工智能教育,人工智能教育不是一蹴而就的事情,那要怎么逐步开展起来呢?人工智能开展过程中,主要面临的问题主要有:

第一教材的缺乏,

第二师资的缺乏,

第三课程实施的场地缺乏,

在18日下午分论坛中,很多同行教师提供不同学校具有特色的人工智能教育开展模式,为我们提供了开展人工智能教育参照案例,

针对教材缺乏问题,对人工智能比较重视的学校有的建立区域教研和课程资源建设,有的开发人工智能课程、有的建立研学基地,还有的建立网络学习平台;

针对师资问题,教师主要通过自学,网络学习与多参加线下培训学习方式自我成长,提高课程融合能力和课程开发能力;

针对实施场地和怎么教的问题,大部分学校没有开展起来的原因可能主要也是因为资金对场地和平台投入比较大,但是可以利用信息技术课堂作为人工智能教育的切入点,融入数据、算法、程序设计、机器人课程、开源硬件类课程等,利用项目式教学或其他活动如科技创新、创客、跨学科活动等助力课程落地,逐步建立课程——空间——活动的人工智能教育活动实践,在论坛中也介绍了人工智能教育需要遵循学生各年龄层的学情特点,

分为三个阶段:

第一阶段大班stem基础教学,

第二轮实践教学建立社团校队,

第三开展项目式专训,培育科技特长生,或者各年级年级培养学生人工智能教育的不同目标,小学低年级可以主要培养综合素养,小学高年级跨学科应用,初中形成目标方向,高中向目标方向进行研究。

这次的粤港澳台人工智能教育论坛学习,拓宽了我对人工智能教育的认识,对我的教学如何开展人工智能教育具有指导和借鉴意义。

一、指导思想

未来几年,射阳县解放路小学将以国家、省、市、县近年来有关教育改革发展、教育信息化等的规划纲要及相关要求为指导,以“统筹规划,分步实施;整体推进,突出重点;优化应用,资源共享;立足高端,跨越发展”为原则,实施以自主学习、个性化学习为主要特征的智慧教学和基于互联网、大数据、云计算的智慧管理,高标准推进学校信息化建设,通过打造数字化校园、智慧校园,创设良好的信息化氛围,引领教师发展、促进学生成长,提高学校教育教学质量,提升学校的信息化管理水平,实现学校数字化的跨越式发展,为全面推进素质教育,逐步实现学校教育的现代化奠定坚实的基础。

三、学校概况

我校信息化建设起步较早,校园网始创建于1992年,校园网络全覆盖于实施。学校在校园数字化方面投入按照《江苏省“校校通”工程建设指南》高标准严要求进行装备。十多年来,学校的信息化建设一直稳步发展,在学校科学发展中的推动作用越来越明显。具体表现在:学校目前拥有多媒体教室55间(所有教室均为多媒体教室)、计算机教室2间,全自动录播教室1间、数字化实验室1间,300多人学术报告厅1个,并建有广播中心、监控中心、网络中心、校园电视台以及科技航模课程基地;教师人手一台笔记本电脑;校园网使用100m电信光纤接入因特网,并高速连入市县城域网,实现办公楼、教学楼、实验楼、图书馆等场所无线网络全覆盖。从软件环境来看,我校现已建成学校网站、人事管理、资产管理、校本资源库、电子备课、影像资源库、网上报修、心理辅导(心语小屋)、家校联系、电子图书等平台。从教职工信息素养来看,教师基本能熟练应用多媒体开展教学活动,绝大部分教师能制作质量较高的多媒体课件。管理人员能熟练使用办公应用软件。

四、存在不足

目前我校信息化建设的问题主要是:系统性的整体规划有待提升,信息技术专业人员短缺,基础设施装备不先进、不全面、严重老化不能满足发展需求,信息化管理水平亟待提高,在校务管理、学生自主管理等方面,对师生全面素质能力和发展水平方面考核的平台需进一步完善。

五、目标任务

(一)总体目标

通过几年的跨越式建设与发展,建成高水平数字校园基础设施公共平台,实现高速、安全的校园网有线无线全面覆盖校园、信息化终端遍布校园,立足师生员工信息化应用的实际需求,以信息技术对学校的教学、科研、管理和服务等各项工作进行现代化改造,构建资源数字化、应用集成化、传播智能化的信息环境,建设可共享的优质校本资源库,实现教学教研、管理服务的高度数字化、智能化,全面提升师生的信息素养和应用水平,最终建成优质、安全、绿色、人本的信息化智慧校园,为建设全省一流学校的总体目标提供强大支撑。

(二)具体任务

1、加快数字化教学资源建设,构建学科齐全、标准统一、种类丰富的校本资源库和共建共享交互的资源管理平台。

——建设校本资源库和资源库管理平台。校本资源库计划涵盖教育管理库、学科资源库、教研论文库、教学视频库等,加快学科专业资源的数字化改造,实现学校管理档案、教案、试题、课件、精品课程的数字化和网络化。

——完善学校数字化图书室及数字化实验室建设。建设数字化图书室,引进数字图书、电子期刊,使师生在校内外都可对所藏图书进行查询、检索、预借等操作。优化电子图书阅览室,使图书室成为学校的学习中心。推动数字化实验室应用,促进信息技术与课程的整合,培养学生适应信息时代的学习方法。

2、实现校务管理的数字化、智能化,建设功能强大的公共信息和管理系统,提高学校教育管理的功能和效率。

——开发先进的管理信息综合系统(校务管理平台)。以信息化手段改造和优化校务管理工作。开发和完善办公自动化管理模块、教务管理模块、云录播教学系统、视频会议系统、监控安防系统、人事管理模块、教职工绩效评价模块、学籍管理和综合素质评价模块、学校财务和后勤管理模块等。逐步实现多平台网络统一身份认证,使用户实现跨部门和信息系统的协同工作和交流。

——完善校园一卡通工程。“一卡通”包括门禁管理系统、食堂管理系统、图书管理系统、考勤管理系统、签到管理系统等。实现“一卡通”系统与电子校务管理系统的无缝对接。

3、实现教育教学的数字化、个性化,推动基础课程与信息技术的深度融合,满足学生自主、便捷、高效、个性化的学习需要。

——加快基础性课程与信息技术深度融合。全面推进以学生为中心的信息化教学平台的建设,为教师提供有效的网络授课环境,为学生提供有效的网络学习环境,为教学的状况评估提供科学依据。探索基于网络的开放、交互、个性化的新型教学方式,实现教学平台与数字图书室、学科资源库的整合,实现师生多渠道即时沟通,培养学生基于网络的终身学习能力。

——推进基于网络环境的教科研管理工作。建设教科研协作、管理和分析平台,开发和引进科研资源库、学术资源库、课题资源库。为优秀教师建立专门资源库和信息发布平台。

六、保障措施

(一)转变观念,为教育信息化发展提供思想保障。教育信息化是实现教育现代化的有效载体,是实施素质教育、培养创新人才的必然要求。全体教职工要充分认识加快教育信息化建设的重要性和紧迫性,进一步提高认识,转变观念,加快信息技术与学校管理、教育教学中的深度融合。

(二)加强领导,为教育信息化发展提供组织保障。成立射阳县解放路小学教育信息化工作领导小组,由校长任组长,分管校长任副组长,负责制定学校教育信息化发展规划和规章制度。各部门积极支持,明确职责,密切协作,共同推动。

(三)加强管理,为教育信息化发展提供制度保障。完善教育信息化管理制度,建立教育信息化检查评估机制。建立信息技术应用工作定期总结表彰制度。把教育信息化工作纳入各部门工作考核,切实推进教育信息化工作。

(四)加强网络与信息安全,为教育信息化发展提供安全保障。严格执行国家、省、市、县的网络、信息安全相关法规、政策,建立信息安全组织管理体系。落实信息安全责任制,确保网络健康、安全运行。

(五)加强队伍建设,为教育信息化发展提供人才保障。配备信息化专职人员;加大对教师、信息化工作人员、行政管理人员的培训;加快建设具有现代信息素养、熟练应用信息技术的教师队伍和管理队伍。

(六)加大投入,为教育信息化发展提供经费保障。将教育信息化建设、应用和维护资金及信息技术能力培训经费列入预算。树立项目意识和经营意识,拓宽经费渠道,促进教育信息化的可持续发展。

创建智慧校园,对于我们来说,既是机遇又是挑战,我们将以此为契机,进一步加强学校信息化的软硬件建设,发扬成绩,克服不足,迎难而上,坚定信心,继续努力做好智慧校园的建设和应用工作,为提高教育教学质量和学校管理再上新台阶做出新的更大的贡献。

over my lifetime, i have seen very significant societal changes。 probably one of the most significant, and one that is increasingly concerning people today, is the rise of artificial intelligence。 in short, i believe that the rise of powerful ai,will be either the best thing, or the worst, ever to happen to humanity。 i have to say now, that we do not yet know which。 but we should do all we can, to ensure that its future development benefits us, and our environment。 we have no other option。 i see the development of ai, as a trend with its own problems that we know must be dealt with, now and into the future。

in october last year, i opened a new center in cambridge, england, which will attempt to tackle some of the open-ended questions raised by the rapid pace of development in ai research。 the leverhulme centre for the future of intelligence, is a multi-disciplinary institute, dedicated to researching the future of intelligence, as crucial to the future of our civilisation and our species。 we spend a great deal of time studying history, which let‘s face it, is mostly the history of stupidity。 so it’s a welcome change, that people are studying instead the future of intelligence。 we are aware of the potential dangers, but i am at heart an optimist, and believe that the potential benefits of creating intelligence are huge。 perhaps with the tools of this new technological revolution, we will be able to undo some of the damage done to the natural world, by industrialisation。

“the large internet companies have access to massive databases, which allows them to make huge strides in ai by violating user‘s privacy。 these companies can’t truly discipline themselves as they are lured by huge economic interests。 this vastly disproportionate access to data could cause small companies and startups to fail to innovate。 you have mentioned numerous times that we should restrain artificial intelligence, but it’s much harder to restrain humans。 what do you think we can do to restrain the large internet companies?”

as i understand it,the companies are using the data only for statistical purposes,but use of any personal information should be banned。 it would help privacy, if all material on the internet, were encrypted by quantum cryptography with a code, that the internet companies could not break in a reasonable time。 but these curity services would object。

i believe that recent advances in ai, such as computers winning at chess and go, show that here is no essential difference between the human brain and a computer。 contrary to the opinion of my colleague roger penrose。 would one say a computer has a soul。 in my opinion, the notion of an inpidual human soul is a christian concept, linked to the after life which i consider to be a fairy story。

it is no good telling aliens about beauty or any other possible art form that we might consider to be the highest artistic achievement, because these are very human specific。 instead i would write about godel’s incompleteness theorems and fermat’s last are things aliens would understand。

今天上午线上参加了莱西市信息技术学科人工智能与编程教学研讨会,观摩了张老师《变量》一堂课,本课张老师精湛的业务知识和巧妙的驾驭课堂的能力让我受益匪浅。下面我从几个方面来谈一下感受:

学生们都对刮奖非常感兴趣,通过刮奖环节的设计,学生很快的融入课堂环境中,学生们积极参入,踊跃发言,学习兴趣盎然,在寓教于乐额学习氛围中学习新知识,掌握新技能。

学生们利用之前所学程序可以计算出简单的价格,但是当问题逐渐增多,利用之前的方法就非常麻烦了,这时候引导学生提出问题,教给学生新的知识点-变量。

本节课学生参入度高,动手实践能力强,设计的问题层层递进,环环相扣,过渡环节都处理的非常到位,更多的是让学生自己去探索,把课堂交给学生,不断创新,发挥了学生的主体学习地位,让其自主探索,合作学习,做到真正的掌握一门技能。这也是培养学生不断创新的手段之一。

希望以后能有更多这样的学习机会,以便于在信息技术的教学上有更大的进步和提高。
