跟单信用证项下银行间偿付统一规则《跟单信用证项下银行间偿付统一规则》（TheUniformRulesforbank-to-bankReimbursementUnderDocumentaryCredits），称为国际商会第525号出版物（简称《URR525》），是国际商会制定的有关国际结算方面的惯例。1996年7月1日生效。信用证方式是国际贸易中通常使用的一种支付方式，国际商会制定的《跟单信用证统一惯例》（现行的为UCP500），明确了信用证有关当事人的权利、责任、付款的定义和术语，减少了因解释不同而引起各有关当事人之间的争议和纠纷，调和了各有关当事人之间的矛盾，但银行之间的偿付规定较为原则，仍常引起争议。为解决银行间偿付的程序问题，国际商会制定了《跟单信用证项下银行间偿付统一规则》。该规则是对《跟单信用证统一惯例》第19条的实质性补充,它是便利银行间偿付的程序，有利于推动银行间偿付在世界范围实行和标准化的进程。《跟单信用证项下银行间偿付统一规则》（URR525）包括总则和定义、责任和义务、偿付授权、修改和索偿要求的形式及通知、其它条款等五个部分，共17条。
