一、Part 3的考试概况
Part 3的考试时间为4~5分钟，考试内容多是考官根据考生在第二部分的回答，引申出来的一些提问，题目多比较抽象，同学们需要很好的思辨能力和表达能力。Part 3考题大概可以分为9类：
1. 阐述原因——题目中经常包含why， 比如说why do you think…?why is it important to do…?
2. 预测未来——题目中经常包含future，比如说Do you think that in the future people will …? What do you think will happen to … in the future?
3. 侧面描述——题目中经常包含ways，types之类的词汇，比如说In what ways …? What kind/sort/type of …?
4. 维护立场——题目中经常比较、评价之类的词汇，比如说Which is more important to you: … or …? Is it better to (do …) or(do …)?
5. 利用常识——题目中会出现一个常识性的描述，比如说Any yes-no question that involves a clearly positive or negative answer?Any question that asks you about common knowledge, everyday experience and traditional culture?
6. 提供方案——题目中经常会出现what can…do…之类的词汇，比如说What can … do to (do …)? What can be done to (do…)?
7. 因果关联——题目中经常会出现effect、cause之类的词汇，比如说What effect has … had on…? What do you think causes …to …?
8. 对比异同——题目中经常会出现compare、different之类的词汇，比如说How does … compare with …?Do you think … was different for your grandparents?
9. 陈述利弊——题目中经常会出现advantages、disadvantages之类的词汇，比如说What are the advantages and disadvantages of …? What are the different advantages of … and …?

I can’t say there are many benefits. The fact is people nowadays have to marry late, because we usually graduate from our universities at the age of 22 or 23. After that we need to struggle to try and make a better life for ourselves. People only get married when everything is ready. If there are any benefits, I believe delaying marriage can make it last longer. After people have a family, they are mature in every aspect. Waiting until you find the right person can also help lower the rate of divorce.

3. In what ways does the government in China ensure the welfare of old people?
The government ensures the welfare of seniors by providing them with lowest living insurance and certain benefits. They can go to any public park or tourist attraction for free. Public transportation is free and they are given special seats on bus and subway. Seniors without children can get food and extra money during spring festival.
