段氏与三十七部会盟碑中国宋代大理国碑刻。立于段素顺明政三年，即宋太祖开宝四年(971)。为段氏政权与37部会盟时所立。因会盟地点在石城 (今云南曲靖城北),故又称石城会盟碑。碑现在云南省曲靖市第一中学校园内。碑文记载大理国段氏政权派三军都统长皇叔布燮段子率军平定滇东几个部落的叛乱后，与"东爨乌蛮"的37个部落在石城会盟，并颁赐职赏的史实。双方用诅盟的方式表示恪守盟约,是研究大理国官制和历史以及宋代云南民族关系的重要实物资料。因此次会盟尚无见载于史籍，故其价值更显可贵。1961年中华人民共和国国务院公布为全国重点文物保护单位。碑身长方形，高1.25米，宽0.58米，厚0.16米。碑文分上下两段。上段正文，11行，左行，正书；下段职官题名，8行，右行，行书，共212字。碑额上刻清道光二十九年(1849)邑人喻怀信题记，叙述此碑出土及移置经过。此碑明正德《云南通志》已著录，后埋入土中。清康熙十八年(1679)，营兵于石城遗址中掘得。道光二十九年(1849)，移至城内奎星阁，咸丰二年(1852)，移至城北武侯祠,嵌之壁间。1937年移碑于曲靖第一中学内并建碑亭保护,1962年国家拨款修缮碑亭,加固碑座。1989年改建碑亭。
