区域锅炉房供热以区域锅炉房作为热源的城市集中供热方式。区域锅炉房内一般都装置大容量、高效率的蒸汽锅炉或热水锅炉,向城市各类用户供应生产和生活用热。用区域锅炉房代替分散小型锅炉供热,能节约燃料,改善供热质量,减少对大气的污染。区域锅炉房的热能利用效率通常低于热电厂,规模和场地的选择比较灵活,投资比建热电厂少,建设周期较短,是目前城市集中供热的一种主要方式。根据使用要求,区域锅炉房装置有蒸汽锅炉、热水锅炉,或同时装置两种锅炉。燃料可用煤、重油、天然气、垃圾废料等。蒸汽锅炉房 工矿企业的大多数工艺设备是以蒸汽作为供热介质。为此,一般采取在锅炉房内装置蒸汽锅炉向厂区供应蒸汽的形式。当采暖、通风等季节性热负荷由热水系统供热时,可在锅炉房内装置蒸汽-水加热器来加热热水网路的循环水(图1),或同时装置热水锅炉,直接加热热水网路的循环水。热水锅炉房 当城市集中供热是以采暖热负荷为主时,一般采用在区域锅炉房内装置热水锅炉的形式。为保证热水供热系统安全、可靠地工作,需要在区域锅炉房内对系统采取稳定压力的措施,主要有利用补给水泵定压、蒸汽定压和氮气定压等方式。补给水泵定压是靠电动补给水泵向网路补给水,来稳定网路压力(图2)。它采用的设备比较简单,动力消耗低,故目前比较普遍采用。缺点是一旦停电便失去定压作用,因而在电力供应不大可靠的地区,需要考虑水泵停止运行时防止系统产生气化和水击的措施。热电厂和区域锅炉房是城市集中供热的主要热源。区域锅炉房既可以单向一些街区供热,形成独立的供热系统;也可以作为热电厂的辅助热源,在高峰负荷时,与热电厂联合供热。因此,区域锅炉房布局、与热电厂建设配合以及联合供热等问题,应在城市供热整体规划中全面安排。区域锅炉房的规模主要取决于技术水平和技术经济(如热水锅炉单台容量、气候条件、热负荷密度、煤价、电价等)及对周围环境污染等因素。苏联用于城市集中供热的热水锅炉,其单炉最大容量为209兆瓦,并认为合理的区域锅炉房供热热负荷以290~465兆瓦为宜。中国正在设计、施工的区域锅炉房供热系统,其最大的供热热负荷为290兆瓦。
