跳跃速度分子式:CAS号:性质:又称跳跃速度。气-固相混合物在水平管线中流动,其压降与气体流速之间的关系如图所示。在气流速度足够高时,所有颗粒都保持悬浮状态,在输送过程中不发生沉积。相当于图上C点。当固体的输送量Gs1不变,逐步地将气体速度由C点降低,这时单位管长的压降会有所减少。但在达到D点时,颗粒开始沉积到管子的底部,而且这一沉积现象会继续进行至E点。使管内的实际流速和管内压降增加到颗粒沉积和颗粒夹带达到平衡为止。相当于D点。气体表观速度,称为沉积速度Ucs。另外应注意到Ucs是固体输送量Gs的函数。增加固体输送量,则沉积速度也会增加(图暂缺)。
