PTC热敏陶瓷电阻器分子式:CAS号:性质:又称PTC热敏陶瓷电阻器。具有显著正温度系数特性的半导体热敏陶瓷。一类以钛酸钡或钛酸钡基固溶体为主晶相的半导体陶瓷材料。其主要特性是电阻率能在20~30%的狭窄温区内变化6~8个数量级之多。居里温度通常在-40~+38℃之间。耐电压强度很高。以碳酸钡和二氧化钛为原料,采用施主掺杂技术,用镧、铈、钕、钐、钇、铋、锑等的三价离子部分取代四价钛离子,配料后经高温(1350℃左右)烧结可形成固溶体,实现半导化,其电阻率可达100Ω·cm以下。配方中常加入Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2(又称AST)形成玻璃相,吸收原料中影响半导化的有害杂质(如钾、钠、亚铁、镁离子等)。为提高正温度系数效应,改善物理性能,常添加少量氧化锂、氧化锰等。为提高钛酸钡半导体陶瓷的居里温度,可引入钛酸铅;若降低居里温度,可添加钛酸锶,制成(Ba、Pb、Sr)TiO3基高温或低温电阻正温度系数热敏陶瓷。对配料的组成、烧成制度等要求非常严格,若配料组成变动,烧成温度等不稳,控制不当,将影响制品性能甚至将形成绝缘体。可用于制作液面深度探测器、温度控制器、电流限制器、电机及晶体管过热保护器、自控温发热体(如暖风机、美容保健器等)等等。
