低合金钢低合金钢low alloy steel低合金钢(low alloy steel)在低碳结构钢的基础上,加人一种或数种少量的合金元素而形成的钢。这种钢的合金元素总含量一般在3%以下,最高的不超过5%。低合金钢的强度显著高于相同含碳量的碳素钢,因而又称为低合金高强度钢。这种钢还具有较好的韧性、塑性及焊接性,有的还具有一定的抗腐蚀能力。低合金钢能在热轧状态或经过简单的热处理后使用,且价格低廉,因此能大量生产、广泛应用,经济效果较好。在农业机械制造中应用的低合金钢以16Mn钢为主,主要用于各种重要的结构件。如大、中型拖拉机的机架大梁等主要结构件采用低合金钢,在满足承载能力的前提下,能减轻机器重量,减少拖拉机在田间作业过程中对土城的压实程度。在田间作业机具的制造中,低合金钢的应用已较普遍。如中国新系列的桦式犁、圆盘耙、播种机、中耕机等的机架采用16Mn冷弯矩形焊接管制造后,其强度较原用的AS钢提高25%。农业机械上有些要求耐腐蚀的零部件也逐步采用低合金钢材。如美国采用含铬、镍、铜、磷的Corten钢制造厩肥撤布机的车厢、植保机械的风扇等零部件。苏联采用loCrNICuP牌号的钢和磷铜钢制造农业机械顶板、盖板等薄板件。英国研制的耐大气腐蚀钢在农村使用条件下,可比普通碳素钢的耐腐蚀性提高8倍。中国研制的几种耐大气腐蚀钢种如IOMnPNbRe、12MnPRe和09MnCuPTi等用来制造农机薄壳形零件,均有较好的耐大气腐蚀效果。(李志芳)
