发电厂电气系统的运行发电厂电气系统的运行operation of electrical system in power plantfod一onehong dlonq一xltong de yunx旧g发电厂电气系统的运行(operation of elec-trieal system in power plant)发电厂电气系统是电厂生产工艺过程本身需要的动力源和产品(电力)的翰出渠道，和电网具有直接的联系，在电厂占有极重要的位置。根据火电厂电气设备的分布，一般分为主系统(包括高压母线、输电线路间隔、发电机一变压器组等)和厂用电系统(包括高压厂用工作变压器和备用变压器、高低压厂用电母线及其出线等)两大部分。电气系统应具有:①正确和合理的一、二次运行方式;②准确和合理的继电保护及自动装置的整定配合。电气系统管理属于电厂基础管理，必须始于新厂的生产准备阶段。新建电厂必须由建设单位在生产准备阶段向电网调度部门提供电厂主接线图及有关主设备的参数，由调度部门计算电厂主母线短路容量值并确定线路、主母线及主设备的系统定值。电厂则根据这些资料和厂内可能发生的各种电气运行方式，在厂用电受电之前，计算出厂内所有电气元件和高、低压系统各断路点的继电保护和自动装置整定值，提出整定方案并经电厂总工程师审核批准，交由基建单位完成现场的整定校验工作.除此之外，还要正确做到直流系统各级熔丝的整定配合。电厂运行部门应根据电厂在电网内的特点和电厂主接线的具体情况以及上级调度部门编制的调度规程编制电气系统运行规程。其内容一般包括:运行方式、频率和电压的调整、事故处理的一般原则以及典型事故的处理预案、电气系统的倒闸操作等。运行方式包括:①电厂主系统和厂用电系统运行方式的基本原则;②继电保护整定配合的规定;③保证系统静态、动态稳定的现场规定;④输电线路重合闸的使用规定;⑤厂用电系统备用电源自合闸的使用规定，⑥过电压防护和雷季运行方式的规定等。绘制和确定正常的和可能发生的各种特殊系统运行方式，充分考虑各种检修预案和故障预案。
