超临界压力机组运行超临界压力机组运行operation of supercritical unitsehool一nJle yol,J一Zu yunx一ng超临界压力机组运行(operation of,uper-eritical units)超临界压力机组的运行与亚临界压力机组基本上相似,其区别在于蒸汽参数更高,工质特性有所变化,以及由之带来的若干设备和运行上的特点。工质变化特性水的饱和温度随压力的提高相应增加,而其汽化潜热则相应减少.当压力达临界点时,汽化潜热等于零。水的临界压力为22.12 MPa,在该压力下被加热至临界温度(相变温度)374.15℃时即全部从液相转为蒸汽,不存在两相区,即水变成蒸汽是连续的,并以单相形式进行。超临界压力时的情况与临界压力时相同。在超临界压力下,水到燕汽的变化只经历加热阶段和过热阶段,而无饱和蒸汽区。这就是和亚临界压力的实质性区别。正是这一特点,决定了超临界压力锅炉只能采用直流锅炉。更高的燕汽今数为了追求更高的热效率,方法之一就是采用更高的燕汽参数.国际上一般超临界压力机组的参数为:主燕汽压力24.2 MPa,主蒸汽温度538℃,再热燕汽温度538℃或5“℃。90年代,已投运了更高主燕汽压力和主燕汽温度的超超临界压力机组,参数高达31 MPa、600’C,乃至更高,且有进一步提高的趋势。超临界压力机组根据其运行方式不同,分为定压运行、变压运行和复合变压运行。近年来投产的超临界压力机组一般都采用变压运行或复合变压运行。对变压运行的机组来说,起动和低负荷过程,都处于亚临界状态,一般设计成75%负荷以上才进人超临界状态。为此,超临界压力锅炉还必须配置相应的起动系统,以完成锅炉起动过程中参数从亚临界到超临界的转换。超临界压力机组的高压部分,集中在给水泵出口、高压加热器、省煤器、水冷壁、汽水分离器、各级过热器、主燕汽管道、高压进汽阀门和汽轮机的高压缸部分.高温部分主要是锅炉过热器及其出口到汽轮机高压缸、再热璐及其出口到汽轮机中压缸进口和前几级。这些部分的管道、阀门和设备由于其工作压力高,按设计强度要求,相对的材料壁厚增加,工质的温度又很高,故工况变化时的热应力问题就十分突出。近年来,国际上发展了Pgl和Tgl的新钢种,有较高的高温持久强度,适用于蒸汽温度小于600℃及以下的受热面和蒸汽管道。运行特点超临界压力机组运行,在锅炉和汽轮机等主设备上各有一些特殊问题。汽水分离器的干湿态转换超临界压力锅炉在起动过程中,起动系统的运行具有特殊的要求。锅炉进水后,汽水分离器由水位控制阀保持一定水位.点火以后,进人水冷壁的水受到加热,开始产汽,此时汽水分离器的作用相当于汽包,处于湿态。
