机械零件:可倾瓦块轴承可倾瓦块轴承滑动轴承中的一种液体动压轴承﹐由若干独立的﹑能绕支点摆动的瓦块组成。按承受载荷的方向﹐可分为可倾瓦块径向轴承和可倾瓦块推力轴承。 图 可倾瓦块径向轴承 为可倾瓦块径向轴承。轴承工作时﹐藉助润滑油膜的流体动压力作用在瓦面和轴颈表面间形成承载油楔﹐它使两表面完全脱离接触。油楔进口和出口处的油膜厚度1和2之比称为间隙比﹐是影响瓦块承载能力的主要参数。与最大承载能力相应的间隙比称为最优间隙比﹐其值随瓦宽(瓦块的轴向尺寸)B 和瓦长L 之比而定﹐大约在2～3之间变化。瓦块支点的位置应偏於油楔的出口﹐其值由间隙比确定。当间隙比为2.2时﹐支点距瓦块的进油边约为 0.58L 。随著轴承工作状况的变化﹐瓦面倾斜度和油膜厚度都会发生变化﹐但间隙比不变﹐始终保持设计状态。这是可倾瓦块轴承优於其他成型面多油楔轴承之处。 可倾瓦块径向轴承的承载能力是各瓦块承载能力的向量和。因此﹐它比单油楔液体动压径向轴承的承载能力低﹐但迴转精度高﹐稳定性能好﹐广泛用於高速轻载的机械中﹐如汽轮机和磨床等。瓦块数目一般为3～6。瓦块的布置方式有载荷正对相邻瓦块支点之间和载荷正对某一瓦块支点两种。若载荷相同﹐后者轴的偏心率较小﹔若承受载荷最大的瓦面最小油膜厚度相同﹐前者承载能力高﹑功耗小﹑温昇低。 可倾瓦块推力轴承的承载能力是各瓦块承载能力之和。瓦块数目最少为 3块。对於瓦块数目较多的大型推力轴承﹐各瓦块间载荷的均衡十分重要(见推力滑动轴承)。
