机床:螺纹磨床 用成形砂轮作为磨具加工精密螺纹的螺纹加工机床。螺纹磨床主要用於机器製造业的生產车间和工具车间﹐以刀具厂和量具厂中生產螺纹加工工具和螺纹量具的车间中用得最多。常用螺纹磨床有多种类型。万能螺纹磨床 机床布局与外圆磨床类似。工作台在床身上移动﹐作纵向进给运动(见机床)。砂轮架作横向进给(见图万能螺纹磨床 )为磨削不同导程角的工件﹐砂轮轴能在垂直面内转一定角度。为消除双向磨削时的换向间隙﹐在传动链中设有间隙消除机构。机床有铲磨机构和螺距累积误差校正机构。机床可用单线砂轮和多线砂轮磨削各种精密螺纹(如外螺纹﹑内螺纹﹑锥螺纹和多头螺纹等)。机床用途广泛﹐可用於加工螺纹量规﹑螺纹滚压轮﹑滚珠丝杠﹑滚珠螺母﹑蜗杆﹑丝锥﹑滚刀﹑螺纹铣刀和其他螺纹件﹐使用适当的附件还可磨削环形沟槽﹑齿条和搓丝板等。这种机床结构复杂﹐附件多﹐主要用於工具车间。丝杠磨床 中小型丝杠磨床的布局与万能螺纹磨床相同﹐大型的为了缩小佔地面积﹐由砂轮架作纵向移动。机床没有铲磨机构﹐但有螺距累积误差和週期误差的校正机构。有的螺距误差校正机构採用激光测量和反馈原理﹐可进一步提高磨削精度。丝锥磨床 有用单线砂轮或多线砂轮磨削的两种。前者主要用於磨削直径较小的丝锥或批量小的大丝锥﹐以多行程的纵磨法加工﹐转速高﹐有自动进给机构﹔后者用於铲磨中等尺寸﹑批量较大的丝锥﹐採用单行程切入磨法或纵磨法加工。一般均为半自动机床﹐增加机床上下料装置后即成为全自动丝锥磨床。内螺纹磨床 用以磨削螺纹环规﹑滚珠螺母和其他精密螺母(如机床主轴上紧固轴承用的螺母)等。布局与普通内圆磨床相似。蜗杆磨床 可磨削阿基米德蜗杆﹑法向直廓蜗杆和渐开线蜗杆(见蜗杆传动)等。为瞭解决砂轮与蜗杆螺牙的干涉问题﹐这类机床常带有特殊的砂轮修整机构。滚刀铲磨床 它的特点是砂轮较小﹐铲磨量较大﹐用於铲磨各种齿轮滚刀和蜗轮滚刀等。无心螺纹磨床 工作原理与无心磨床相似﹐但使用带环形槽的砂轮﹐效率较高﹐适用於大量生產。
