气体保护焊焊丝气体保护焊焊丝gas shielded arc welding wireq{t}baohuhon hans{气体保护焊焊丝(gas shielded are weldingwire)气体保护电弧焊的专用焊丝。根据制造方法的不同,也分为实芯焊丝和药芯焊丝两大类。在中国,目前主要采用实芯焊丝,但药芯焊丝正在迅速推广,并有广阔的应用前途。在日本,实芯焊丝的用量仍大于药芯焊丝,但药芯焊丝的品种更多些,有碳钢用的、低合金高强钢用的、低温钢用的、耐热钢用的和不锈钢用的等各种焊丝,也有适于堆焊用的各种药芯焊丝。根据焊接方法和保护气体的不同,可分为TIG焊丝、MIG焊丝和MAG焊丝。TIG焊丝是配合纯Ar作保护气体,焊丝成分与焊缝成分相接近。MIG焊丝配合Ar+2%O:或Ar+5%CO:保护气体,主要用于焊接沐锈钢等高合金钢。MAG焊丝可配合A:加5%以上的COZ或Ar加2%以上的O:保护气体,也可采用100%CO:作保护气体。后一种保护气体成本低,广泛用于焊接碳钢、低合金钢及不锈钢等,也可用于堆焊。一于一;厂飞之下几澳万随着保护气体中CO:或O:含量的增加,电弧气氛的氧化性增强,要求焊丝中应含有足够量的脱氧剂,如硅、锰等。(尹士科)
