厂房钢筋混凝土结构安装厂房钢筋混凝土结构安装installation of reinforced concrete structure for workshop buildinge卜ongfong gongjin hunn一ngtu Jiegou onzhuang厂房钢筋混凝土结构安装(installation ofreinforeed eonerete strueture for workshoPbullding)进入现场的厂房结构钢筋混凝土构件,经弹线并做好各种必要的标志后,选择合理吊点绑扎、吊装,经调正定位,固定到设计位置上的作业。根据现场条件和构件几何尺寸、重量的实际情况,构件可以在安装现场预制,亦可在工厂预制.钢筋混凝土构件有预应力构件和非预应力构件两种。施工准备根据开口施工或闭口施工方案以及安装顺序和吊装工艺,安排构件预制的地点;重型柱、大吊车梁及大跨度屋架的预制位置应尽可能靠近安装地点,放在起重机的工作半径内,并选好合适的摆放方向。叠浇的水平预制件还要有正确的起模翻身和扶直措施。重型构件的预制场地若为回填土层时,应将其夯实,以防止地基下沉而损坏构件。构件吊装时,必须按设计规定的吊点或经过吊装应力核算确定的吊点进行绑扎,并用胶皮、厚纸等对构件表面进行保护,必要时应设置专用吊装梁或吊具。安装方法钢筋混凝土结构的安装作业方式与钢结构的基本相同,可分单件流水作业和综合安装作业两种。其安装顺序分为吊装、找正固定和连接。吊装较大面积的单层工业厂房或多跨厂房可用多台吊机分片、分段同时进行吊装,或用不同性能吊机进行协同吊装,如用履带式起重机吊装柱子和吊车梁,用塔式起重机吊装屋面结构。对于多跨厂房可选用回转半径较大的塔式起重机吊装2~3跨的构件。进行多跨厂房吊装时,要根据各跨特点,以其中一主跨为基准,先行安装,邻跨吊装则滞后2一3线,以合理分配公差。多层厂房吊装宜选用起重高度较大的塔式起重机。找正固定首先应进行柱子和柱间支撑的固定。屋面结构的第一个跨间要先行找正和固定,以作为整个屋面结构安装的基础。吊车梁的调整固定一般在屋架固定后进行。多跨厂房应以主跨为基准进行调整固定,然后再固定其余各跨。多层厂房应先从下部构件开始固定,合格后再逐层调整固定上部各层结构。多层厂房的多节柱安装质量对整个厂房的安装质量有很大影响,安装时要注意各节柱的垂直度和平面位置的正确性,要控制好偏差,避免误差单向积累。在柱节点符合要求后再固定与之相连的梁与柱牛腿节点。多节柱找正时还要考虑阳光照射、温差对柱子垂直度的影响,柱子找正时要保持其自身的垂直度,不能以外力强拉。
