晶相分子式:CAS号:性质:陶瓷显微结构中由晶体构成的部分。在陶瓷显微结构中可以是由一种晶体(单相)或不同类型的晶体(多相)组成。其中含量多者称为主晶相,含量少的称次级晶相或第二晶相。有时在晶界上还可能发现有第二晶相存在,它的存在一般需用X射线结构分析如X射线图,能谱分析,晶格条纹像等进行确定。陶瓷材料的晶体主要是单一氧化物(如Al2O3,MgO)和复合氧化物(如尖晶石MgO·Al2O3,锆钛酸铅Pb(Zr,Ti)O3)。此外,非氧化物陶瓷材料中还有碳化物、氮化物、硼化物、硅化物等相应组分的晶体存在。陶瓷材料的性能和主晶相的种类、数量、分布及缺陷状况等密切有关。
