井底水窝排水井底水窝排水drainage at shaft bottomJilt州j shaiwo闪15旧l井底水窝排水(drainage at shaft bottom)保证矿井提升作业正常进行的辅助设施之一。井底水窝排出的水,一般经水沟流人水仓.井底水窝排水通常设置两台小型卧式离心泵,其中一台工作,一台备用.也有采用气动膜片泵、喷射泵、气动或电动潜水泵的。井底水窝空间小,作业条件差,水泵一般实行自动控制。井底水窝除承接井筒淋水外,还承接由提升容器撒落的粉矿。因此,井底水窝排水必须与井底粉矿清理设施统一考虑,使之互相协调。井底水窝排水方式与井筒类型、水窝深度有关。针井井底水窝排水与竖井井底水窝排水基本相同。后者是这样排水的:当利用卧式离心泵排水时,如水窝较深,水泵一般设置在开凿于井壁的专用俐室内或简易平台上,如水窝较浅,水泵吸上高度能满足要求时,可将水泵放在马头门的巷道内;如井底水窝设有专门的粉矿清理斜巷时,可将水泵设在斜巷或附近的用室中。当利用气动膜片泵、喷射泵、气动或电动潜水泵排水时,要按照各种泵的不同技术要求,将其置于水窝内的适当位置。(刘凡文)
