管理工程:设备管理 广义的设备管理是按一定的方针政策对设备的规划﹑设计﹑安装﹑使用﹑维修﹑改造﹑更新和报废等全过程所进行的系统管理。狭义的设备管理是指从设备购置开始至报废为止的管理。为提高设备管理的技术经济效益和社会效益﹐现代机械工业的设备管理採用了现代管理理论(见管理工程)﹑故障物理学﹑可靠性工程和维修性工程等科学理论﹐并使设备管理逐步形成一门新的工程学科。 中国的设备管理维修体制 中国机械工业企业在50年代主要採用苏联的计画预修制度。60年代结合中国情况制定出专群结合的群眾管理设备的方法﹐提出设备应整齐﹑清洁﹑润滑﹑安全的4项要求﹐制定润滑定点﹑定质﹑定量﹑定期﹑定人的五定制度以及预防为主﹐维护和计画检修并重的设备维修方针﹐逐步提高了设备管理的水平。70年代初又推行了日常保养﹑一级保养﹑二级保养制度﹐开展群眾性的设备大检查﹐改善了设备维护保养工作。70年代末吸收欧美和日本的设备管理经验﹐进行了设备管理的改革﹐推行设备的目标管理﹑设备前期管理﹐一些企业开始建立设备管理的质量保证体系﹐开展专群结合的设备管理工作。图 设备管理环形模式图 为中国的一种设备管理环形模式。 计画预修制度 计画预修制度属於一种定期修理制度。它首先规定在用设备相邻两次大修之间的时间(新设备是从投產至第一次大修的时间)间隔为修理週期。在一个修理週期内规定若干次中修﹑小修﹑检查和日常维护等计画修理内容。修理週期内各项计画修理的排列顺序称为修理週期结构。计画预修制度还根据设备的修理复杂程度确定修理复杂係数﹐并为每一修理复杂係数规定劳动量和停歇时间等定额。计画预修制度很难适应设备的千差万别的实际情况。在70年代末期﹐苏联部分企业开始採用规程化技术维护制度﹐即增加定期检查次数﹐根据检查结果制订日常修理计画﹐取消过去的计画小修和中修﹐减少了总的修理工作量。 预防性维修 欧美国家比较普遍实行预防性维修体制。实行预防性维修的目标是保证企业经营目标的实现﹐使设备有足够的可利用率和尽可能低的维修费用。设备可利用率的衡量标誌是
