电沉积分子式:CAS号:性质:(一)金属或合金从其化合物水溶液、非水溶液或熔盐中电化学沉积的过程。是金属电解冶炼、电解精炼、电镀、电铸过程的基础。这些过程在一定的电解质和操作条件下进行,金属,电沉积的难易程度以及沉积物的形态与沉积金属的性质有关,也依赖于电解质的组成、pH值、温度、电流密度等因素。(二)电泳涂漆中的一个过程,在直流电场作用下带电荷的树脂粒子到达相反电极,通过放电(或得到电子)析出不溶于水的漆膜沉积在被涂物表面。它是电泳涂装过程中的主要反应,反应时首先是在电力线密度特别高的部位进行(如被涂物的边缘棱角和尖端处),一旦沉积发生,被涂物就具有一定程度的绝缘性,电沉积逐渐向电力线密度低的部位移动,直到最后得到完全均匀的涂层为止。
