中温变换分子式:CAS号:性质:在350~500℃下,CO和水蒸气在催化剂作用下转化为H2和CO2的反应。催化剂为Fe3O4-Cr2O3,其中Fe3O4为主要活性物质,Cr2O3为助催化剂,起耐热稳定作用,抑制Fe3O4晶粒的熔结。由于反应温度较高,反应速度快,原料气中的CO(10%~50%)大部分已转化,余下2%~3%,其浓度已非常接近该温度下的平衡浓度。采用中温变换的主要考虑是动力学因素,即升高温度以提高反应速度,使大部分CO转化。
