悬臂梁冲击强度分子式:CAS号:性质:用悬臂梁形式测定的受试材料冲击强度。试验时将规定尺寸的试样一端夹在试样夹具上,然后释放一个摆锤对试样施加冲击负荷使试样破断。记录其吸收的能量而算得结果。试样可以有缺口,也可以无缺口。其结果分别称悬臂梁缺口冲击强度或悬臂梁无缺口冲击强度。试验中的有关条件都在标准试验方法中有明确规定,单位为kJ/m2。由于该试验方法中被打断的试样飞出带走的一部分能量(称飞出功)无法精确计算,因此不能获得材料破断的确切能量数据,但由于操作简便,故仍被广泛使用。特别是对用简支梁冲击得不到结果的材料,可使用悬臂梁冲击方法。
