Schiff’s bases分子式:CAS号:性质:又称席夫碱(Schiff’s bases)。是氮原子与碳原子用双键连结形成的一类化合物。C=N键长约0.124~0.128nm,偶极矩约0.90D。有顺(Z)-、(E)-两种构型。亚胺是由醛或酮与氨或胺缩合而成的,又可分为醛亚胺和酮亚胺。亚胺基是极活泼的基团。与氰氢酸反应生成α-氨基酸,与丙二酸二乙酯反应生成β-氨基酸,还原反应生成胺,与格利雅试剂反应生成胺的衍生物,水解生成醛或酮和胺。具有优良液晶特性。用作有机合成试剂和液晶材料。
