《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工业企业设计卫生标准》sanitary standard for industrial enterprise design;岌显戳蓄署芬才比勺Oo钾”._ 一—一r，一‘J.飞叼，，口.//气J召n拄口r、少。子刁.才。，才几犷industrlal enrerPrise design)中国于1979年作为国家标准(TJ36一79)颁布的一项标准，它是在1956年暂行标准、1962年和1972年标准基础上修订提出的，是国家为贯彻预防为主方针，防止环境污染，实现环境卫生，保障人群健康，对工业企业设计在卫生防护方面所作的规定，是工业企业设计规范的重要组成部分。它要求工业企业的设计必须尽可能地减少或消除生产过程中产生的废水、废气、废渣等污染物质;对于生产过程中产生的污染物质，应采取必要的治理措施，使其符合现行国家规定的排放标准。标准中还规定，新建、改扩建、续建的工业企业，必须把各有害因素的治理设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产。标准全文共分四章。第一章为总则，规定了制定标准的目的、原则和适用范围。第二章为大气、水源和土壤的卫生防护要求，分四节.第一节为厂址选择和大气卫生防护，规定了向大气排放有害物质的工业企业.应布!在居住区夏季最小频率风向的上风侧。排放有害工业废水的工业企业，应位于当地生活饮用水水源的下游。产生有害因素的工业企业与居住区之间，应设t卫生防护距离等厂址选择原则，同时还规定了居住区大气中34项有害物质的最高容许浓度，如规定双尘和502的一次最高容许浓度均为0.5 mg/m，，日平均浓度均为0.15 mg/m3。第二节为给水卫生。规定了生活饮用水水源的选择，用水管道的敷设等。第三节为地面水和地下水的卫生防护。规定了工业废水和生活污水应经必要的处理，方准排人地面水。在城镇、工业企业集中式给水取水点上游l000m及下游10Om的范围内，不得排人工业废水和生活污水等水源保护原则，同时规定了59项地面水水质卫生要求。第四节为废渣处置。规定工业企业生产的废渣，应积极采取综合利用措施。废渣堆放或填注时，应防止扬散、流失、淤塞河道等措施，以免污染大气、水源和土壤等废渣处置原则.第三章为车间卫生，共二节.第一节为防尘、防毒。对产生有害物质的车间规定了各种防护措施，并对车间中In种有毒物质和9种生产性粉尘的最高容许浓度做了规定。第二节为防暑、防寒、防湿。规定了为达到“三防”必须采取的措施。第四章为辅助用室.共分五节.分别规定了生产卫生用室、生活用室、妇幼卫生用室和医疗卫生机构等设置原则、建设规模等做了规定。世界各国均有自己的生产环境卫生标准，内容不尽相同，但其标准都体现各自的特点，例如有的标准中列出的有害物质数目高达一千多种。
