煤的热稳定性煤的热稳定性thermal stability of coal幻。el de rewendingxlng煤的热稳定性(thermal stability of coal)煤在高温作用下保持原来粒度的能力。是煤的性质之一。作为工业锅炉燃料和固定床气化或低温干馏原料的块煤,在嫩烧、气化或干馏的过程中,要求保持比较稳定的块度。热稳定性差的煤,由于受热爆裂,碎成小块或粉状,会增加炉内气体阻力,降低燃烧、干·馏和气化的效率,严重时还会结渣,破坏正常生产。用热稳定性差的无烟煤粉压制的型煤,在炭化时,由于爆裂会破坏型块并影响正常的炭化过程。因此,煤的热稳定性是一个重要的工艺性质。在炼焦生产中,由于粘结性烟煤加热时经历热解熔融过程一般不考虑煤的热稳定性间题。因此,中国和世界主要工业国只对揭煤、不粘结烟煤和无烟煤的热稳定性测定方法制定了标准。热稳定性测定方法的要点是,称取一定量的6一13~级块煤,装入带盖的增祸中,将增涡放入900℃的马弗炉内,把温度调节到850士10℃,加热30min。取出增竭,经冷却后将所得煤块称重和筛分,以大于6~的煤块占各级煤块质量之和的百分数作为热稳定性指标。该值越高,热稳定性越好。当需要测定热稳定性的煤的粒度较大时,也可以用13~25mm的试样进行测定。煤的热稳定性主要受水分或结构的影响。煤裂隙中存在的水分在高温下急剧蒸发,以及由于煤结构不均一在高温下造成内外温差,这些都是煤粒热爆的主要原因。煤的热稳定性。可以通过热炯等方法来提高。 (戴中蜀)
