摆动式燃烧器调温摆动式燃烧器调温steam temperature control by tilting burnerbo一dongsh{ranshaoqlt旧owen摆动式瀚烧器调通(steam temperature con-trol by tilting burner)调整嫩烧器的倾角以改变火焰中心位!,借以改变炉膛出口烟温来实现汽温调节的方法。一般多用于切向燃烧的燃煤锅炉中。嫩烧器上下摆动200~300时,炉膛出口烟温变化约110~140℃,汽温调节幅度30~4。℃。此种调温方法,主要用于再热汽温的调节,但燃烧器倾角改变时对过热汽温亦有明显影响。当燃烧器上下摆动时,对靠近炉膛出口的受热面的换热温差影响较大,其吸热量变化也较大,因此应将被调对象的受热面(再热器或过热器)布t在炉膛出口附近,可以获得明显的调温效果。对于低灰熔点燃料,为了防止结渣,其调温幅度应加限制.对于挥发分甚低的嫩料,不宜采用此种调温方式。在嫩油锅炉中,由于火焰较短,摆动燃烧器对炉膛出口烟气温度影响较小,调温效果不明显,故一般不采用。摆动式燃烧器调温方式调节灵敏,不需增加附加受热面和功率消耗,是调节再热汽温用得较多的手段之一。
