灌浆灌浆grouting把浆液压送到水工建筑物地基的裂隙、断层破碎带或建筑物本身的接缝、裂缝中的工程。通过灌浆可提高被灌地层或建筑物的抗渗性和整体性,改善地基条件,保证水工建筑物安全运行。其类型如下:①按组成浆液材料分为:水泥或水泥砂浆灌浆,粘土或水泥粘土灌浆,硅酸钠或高分子溶液化学灌浆。②按灌浆所起作用划分为:防渗帷幕灌浆,岩石固结灌浆,填充隧洞混凝土衬砌层与岩石间空隙的回填灌浆,混凝土坝体的接缝灌浆,填充水工建筑物裂缝的补强灌浆以及填充钢板衬砌与混凝土间缝隙或混凝土坝体与基岩间缝隙的接触灌浆。③按被灌地层的构成分为:岩石灌浆、岩溶灌浆、砂砾石层灌浆和粉细砂层灌浆。④按灌浆压力分为:小于40×105帕的常规压力灌浆和大于此数的高压灌浆。⑤按灌浆机理分为:采用一般压力的压入式灌浆和采用较高压力将岩土中原有裂隙撑大或形成新裂隙的劈裂式灌浆。
