差动变压器式压力传感器由弹性敏感元件和差动变压器构成的压力传感器。它的弹性敏感元件作为受力机构,把被测压力转换成位移,再用差动变压器把位移转换为与被测压力成一定关系的电信号。差动变压器属于电感式传感器,所以差动变压器式压力传感器又称电感式压力传感器。利用弹性敏感元件的不同形式可制成多种用途的差动变压器式压力传感器。图a中是3种差动变压器式压力传感器的结构示意图。图a中的弹性敏感元件为弹簧管(见波登管),它的自由端与差动变压器的衔铁相连。当压力作用使弹簧管自由端移动时,衔铁随之移动,使差动变压器次级线圈的输出电压发生变化,再通过标定换算即能测出压力。图b中的弹性敏感元件为膜盒。在无压力作用时,接于膜盒自由面中心的衔铁位于差动变压器的中部,使输出电压为零。当压力输入膜盒后,自由面产生一正比于被测压力的位移,并带动衔铁在差动变压器的线圈中移动,从而使差动变压器有一正比于压力的电压输出。这种传感器适于测量微压力,可测量-4×104~6×104巴的压力,输出电压可达50毫伏。图c的弹性敏感元件为膜片。当高压流和低压流分别通过高压阀和低压阀进入高压室和低压室时,膜片在压力差作用下变形,向低压室移动,使连接其上的拉杆带动衔铁移动,从而使差动变压器输出与压差成一定关系的电压信号。
