帷幕灌浆在闸坝的岩石或砂砾石地基中采用灌浆建造防渗帷幕的工程。帷幕顶部与混凝土闸底板或坝体连接，底部深入相对不透水岩层一定深度，以阻止或减少地基中地下水的渗透；与位于其下游的排水系统共同作用，还可降低渗透水流对闸坝的扬压力（见图）。20世纪以来，帷幕灌浆一直是水工建筑物地基防渗处理的主要手段，对保证水工建筑物的安全运行起着重要作用。分类 按防渗帷幕的灌浆孔排数分为两排孔帷幕和多排孔帷幕。地质条件复杂且水头较高时,多采用3排以上的多排孔帷幕。按灌浆孔底部是否深入相对不透水岩层划分：深入的称封闭式帷幕；不深入的称悬挂式帷幕。设计 工作内容主要有：①查清工程地质与水文地质情况；②进行现场灌浆试验，以确定灌浆方法、压力、孔距、排距、材料、质量标准与检查方法，并论证灌浆效果；③确定帷幕轴线位置、帷幕深度、厚度（排数）及平面上的长度；④为以后对帷幕的检查或补强加固创造条件。帷幕灌浆使用的胶凝材料主要是水泥，特殊情况时使用高分子化学溶液，对砂砾石地基多用水泥粘土浆液。施工 混凝土坝岩基帷幕灌浆都在两岸坝肩平洞和坝体内廊道中进行。土石坝岩基帷幕灌浆，有的先在岩基顶面进行，然后填筑坝体；有的在坝体内或坝基内的廊道中进行，其优点是与坝体填筑互不干扰，竣工后可监测帷幕运行情况，并可对帷幕补灌。帷幕灌浆的钻孔灌浆按设计排定的顺序，逐渐加密。两排孔或多排孔帷幕，大都先钻灌下游排，再钻灌上游排，最后钻灌中间排。同一排孔多按 3个次序钻灌。灌浆方法均采用全孔分段灌浆法。灌浆压力是指装在孔口处压力表指示的压力值。岩石帷幕灌浆压力，表层不宜小于1～1.5倍水头，底部宜为2～3倍水头。砂砾石层帷幕灌浆压力尽可能大些，以不引起地面抬动或虽有抬动但不超过允许值为限。一般情况，灌浆孔下部比上部的压力大，后序孔比前序孔压力大,中排孔比边排孔压力大,以保证幕体灌注密实。灌浆开始后，一般采用一次升压法，即将压力尽快升到设计压力值。当地基透水性较大，灌入浆量很多时，为限制浆液扩散范围，可采用由低到高的分级升压法。在幕体中钻设检查孔进行压水试验是检查帷幕灌浆质量的主要手段，质量不合格的孔段要进行补灌，直至达到设计的防渗标准。
