汗腺汗腺sweatgland哺乳动物皮肤的真皮层或皮下组织中分泌汗液的腺。结构呈弯曲管状，分为大汗腺与小汗腺两种。大汗腺的腺体较大，随毛囊分布，常开口于毛根附近。小汗腺较小，直接开口于皮肤表面，分泌稀薄的汗液。在高温环境中，汗腺的分泌活动加强。由于大量汗液的分泌与蒸发，可以放散大量的热，有降低体温的作用。大汗腺哺乳动物大汗腺的结构基本相似，都是简单的管状腺体。人类的大汗腺只分布于腋窝、乳晕、阴部及肛门附近。大汗腺，特别是成群集中分布的大汗腺，一般仅分泌少量浓稠的液体，呈白色、灰白、淡黄或红色，如河马的“血汗”即为红色的汗液。人类大汗腺的新鲜分泌物没有气味，但排至皮肤表面后，经细菌的分解，生成一些不饱和的脂肪酸而产生怪味，即通常所说的狐臭，因此大汗腺又称狐臭腺。各种哺乳动物的特殊气味主要来自大汗腺，这种气味在群居生活及性活动中有一定的意义。小汗腺（外分泌汗腺）小汗腺的结构与大汗腺相似，也是简单的弯曲管状腺体，但它的分泌部分较小，直径只有0.3～0.4毫米。小汗腺的导管直接开口于皮肤表面，与毛囊无关。小汗腺分泌稀薄的汗液，是人汗的主要来源。这种汗液的主要成分是水，约占99％以上，固体成分不足1％，其中大部分为氯化钠，也有少量的氯化钾、尿素等。与血浆相比，汗液是一种低渗的液体。当环境温度达到30℃时，小汗腺便开始分泌汗液。随着汗液中水分在身体表面的蒸发，可散失大量的热。在环境温度超过皮肤温度时，汗液的分泌和蒸发是人体散热的唯一方式。因此，小汗腺在体温调节中有重要作用。汗腺因能排出部分代谢产物如尿素，所以也是一种排泄器官。
