灌溉设计典型年灌溉设计典型年typical year for irrigation designsheji dianxingnian匕ual.匕al)It匕JI ulal灌溉设计典型年(tyPieal year for irrl只ation design)接近灌慨设计保证率确定的来水量与灌溉用水量，且其来水与灌溉用水过程具有代表性的年份，也叫灌溉设计代表年。利用年降雨、来水或灌溉用水量的实测资料计算和绘制频率曲线，根据灌溉设计保证率，在频率曲线上求出年降雨、来水或灌溉用水量的理论值。若用这些年值作为灌溉设计的依据，就称这个年为灌溉设计理论典型年。若选择与这些理论数值相近，而在历史上某年实际发生过的数值作为设讨一的依据，则称这个年为灌溉设计实际典型年灌溉设计理论典型年也有用时段频率法推求的。用长系列法计算逐年的来水和灌溉用水量可达到精度高、保证率概念明确的设讨一，但计算工作量大。在一些灌溉工程中往往缺乏足够的长系列资料。这时，选出几个接近指定灌溉保证率的典型年进行设计，只需少量计算，即能得到与长系列法接近的成果，华本卜能满足大型工程的规划或初步设汁阶段和中小型灌溉工程设计的精度要求。此法在灌溉设计中得到广泛应用。选择实际典型年的原则是:①典型年的年来水量、年灌溉用水量应当等于或尽可能接近设计年的值;②典型年的来、用水过程应是对灌溉最不利的，即选作物需水临界期来水少，有效降雨少;需水量小时来水、降水反而多的年份作为典型年。这种年份经水利计算后求得的灌溉库容、抽水站装机容量、或进水闸的尺寸比较大，这样做会使工程量偏大或灌溉面积偏小，但比较安全。通常按中等年、中等干旱年或干旱年(相当于灌溉保证率50%、75%或90%)选取典型年。在灌概用水过程年际变化很小，各年灌溉定额近于常数的灌区，以来水情况选取典型年。对于来水过程年际变化小的，则可依灌溉用水过程选取典型年。这种选取方法称为单一选年法。在来水量、灌溉用水量及其过程的年际变化均大的灌区，用单一选年法会具有很大偶然性，可能漏掉对工程最不利的年份，为此，可以根据来水情况、灌溉用水情况各选择2至3个典型年，构成一个4至6年的典型年组，然后对组中各年逐一进行水利计算，从中选取工程规模最大(或灌溉面积最小)，最不利的那一个年份作为灌溉实际典型年。缺乏灌溉用水资料时，可依降雨、蒸发与灌溉用水的相关关系，用降雨量或蒸发量的资料选取典型年。.理论典型年的水量(来水量、灌溉用水量或降雨量、蒸发量)在年内的分配，通常采用同倍比法，即用理论典型年的年来水量或年灌溉用水量，与实际典型年的年来水量或年灌溉用水量之比作为年缩放比，用以推求理论典型年各时段的水量。除用年水量比值求缩放比外，也可用年内某个时段的水量计算时段缩放比。 (朱光大)
