泵站噪声控制泵站噪声控制noise control of pump stationbengzhan zaosheng kongzh-泵站噪声控制(noise eontrol of pumpingstation)使泵站水泵机组、管路的噪声保持在设定范围内的技术，是冶金企业噪声控制的组成部分。噪声源泵站的主要设备是各类离心式水泵机组及管道阀门等。泵站噪声以水泵机组噪声为主。它主要包括泵的水力噪声、机械噪声和电动机噪声三部分。(l)泵的水力噪声。离心泵运转时，由于叶轮对水作功，在叶片的正面和背面上的压力与速度造成差异，使得流体的流动状态发生变化，并延续到叶片的后边缘及排出的液流中。每当叶片的后边缘经过涡壳的舌部或者导向器导叶的前边缘时，压力就会发生变动，引起排出接管和泵体的振动，一般在泵的最高效率点附近时，噪声级最小，偏离该点时，噪声级增大。(2)机械噪声。主要是泵的机械转动部分，在运行时发生振动产生的噪声。如转子的动平衡性能不良，管路太长以及当用阀门来提高管路内压力和调节流量时，都会发生激烈振动而形成噪声。(3)电动机噪声。包括主要由电动机冷却风扇引起的空气动力性噪声;定子和转子之间交变的电磁引力、磁致伸缩引起电机部件振动，产生的电磁噪声;由于轴承摩擦、机体运转不平衡和结构共振引起的机械性噪声三部分。一般单级离心泵的噪声级在85一92dB(A)之间。基本控制措施根据环境噪声的允许标准而定。控制措施一般有:(1)隔振，即在泵的底座与基础间、泵的进出口与管道间、管道与支撑(吊架)之间装设隔振装置，避免刚性联接。(2)隔声，即对水泵机组设立隔声罩，或仅对电动机设立带进风消声器的隔声罩或将水泵间改造为简易隔声间，或为工人设立隔声操作室。(3)有条件时，设立地下或半地下式水泵房。(杨臣钧)
