国际贸易结算国际贸易结算国际贸易结算因国际间商品劳务转移而产生的货币支付或清偿债务的行为。它在国际结算业务中占很大比重，是国际结算的重要内容。国际贸易结算的产生和发展决定于国际贸易的发展，而国际贸易结算又反过来促进国际贸易的顺利进行。结算票据票据是国际贸易结算中的主要工具，它有广义和狭义之分。广义的票据指商业上的所有凭证。狭义的票据是以支付一定金额为目的、可以转让流通的证券。其在国际结算中的功能有支付工具、信用工具和流通工具三种。票据的主要关系人有出票人、付款人和收款人等。结算票据有:①汇票。汇票是一人向另一人签发的，要求后者即期或定期或在可以肯定的将来某一日期，对某人或其指定人或持票人支付一定金额的无条件书面支付命令。汇票的出票人一般是出口商或银行，付款人一般是开证行或进口商，收款人一般是议付行或出口商本人。②本票。本票是一人签发给另一人，保证即期或定期或在可以确定的将来某一时间，对某人或其指定人或持票人支付一定金额的无条件书面承诺。其主要关系人有出票人和收款人。③支票。支票是银行存款户对银行签发的授权银行对某人或指定人或持票人即期支付一定金额的无条件书面支付命令，实质上就是从银行为付款人开出的即期汇票。④旅行支票。旅行支票是由银行或旅行社开立的，有固定金额、没有指定付款人的便于旅行者使用的一种支付工具。结算方式①汇款。汇款是付款方通过银行，使用各种结算工具，将款项汇给收款方的结算方式。其当事人有汇款人、收款人、汇出行和汇入行。②托收。托收是债权人(出口商)把一定的凭证，委托银行向债务人(进口商)收回债款的一种结算方式。其当事人有委托人、托收行、代收行和付款人。③信用证。信用证是银行(开证行)根据进口方(申请人)的要求和指示，或自己主动向出口方(受益人)开立的按一定金额在一定期限内根据规定条件付款的书面承诺。其当事人有开证申请人、开证行、通知行和受益人，此外，还有保兑行、议付行和付款人等。结葬单据①商业发票。简称发票，是在货物装运时，由卖方开立的、对所装货物作详细说明的发货凭证，也是卖方向买方收取货款的主要依据。②运输单据。主要有海运提单、非转让海运单据、租船合同提单、多式联运单据、航空运单、公路铁路和内陆水运单据、快邮单据等。其中海运提单是国际贸易运输单据中的一项主要单据。提单的关系人是承运人和托运人，根据提单抬头人的背书和不同转让，还出现受让人、收货人、持单人和被通知人等。③保险单。国际贸易货物运输保险有海上运输保险和陆上、航空、邮政运输保险等，其中，海上保险在各种保险中占主要地位，其基本关系人是保险人和被保险人，有的还出现保险经纪人。④附属单据。附属单据是进口方为适应进口地政府法令规定或其他需要而要求出口方提供的特殊单据，如商品原产地证明、动植物检疫证书等。
