炼钢厂设备安装炼钢厂设备安装equipment erection of steel making plant1 iangangehang shebei anzhuang炼钢厂设备安装(equipment ereetion ofsteel making plant)将铁水、废钢和散状配料一同置于冶炼炉内熔炼，除去有害杂质，增加有益元素含量，生产出各种品质的钢锭或钢坯的成套设备的安装与调试。设备组成包括炉料运输及贮存设备、冶炼设备和铸锭(坯)设备.运输及贮存设备主要有桥式起重机、带式输送机、装料机、混铁炉、混铁车等。冶炼设备有转炉、电炉和平炉，其中平炉因生产效率低，现已很少使用。为了提高钢的品质，有的炼钢厂装备了电渣重熔炉、真空电弧炉、感应炉等设备，其生产能力和设备规模均较小，有的增设了铁水预处理和真空脱气设备。铸锭(坯)设备包括连铸机、整模机、脱模机等。·安装方案根据设备特点，炼钢厂设备安装方案应考虑以下几个方面:(1)炼钢厂的设备总重少为几千吨，多至数万吨。为了保证组合安装的连续性，需要在现场设置设备堆放场地，并贮存一定数量的设备及部件。堆放场地应具备运输方便、起重设施齐全、防雨、防晒等条件，一般设在设备布置不多、空间较大、有大吨位的桥式起重机和过跨小车的钢水跨内。(2)大型转炉炼钢设备在厂房内分多层布置，在安装前必须先测好全厂各层设备的中心线标点和标高基准点，以免下层设备就位后给上层设备安装基准的测设造成困难和障碍。(3)炼钢厂的设备安装，一般都可使用厂房内的桥式起重机。但转炉炼钢厂炉子跨一般不设或只设较小起重量的桥式起重机，因此，转炉本体设备的吊装对于小型转炉通常利用厂房结构来设置起重设备的吊点，对于大型转炉则需提前确定施工方法，以便在设备定货的同时订购或自制吊装机具。(4)厂房内的桥式起重机，应尽可能利用吊装厂房结构用的大型起重机械，在厂房结构封顶之前吊放到已安装好的轨道段上，或者在厂房建完后，利用厂房结构上设置的专用吊点吊装，并抓紧组装调试完毕，为工艺设备安装创造起重条件。(5)设备安装应遵循先主体、后辅助的原则;连续性较大、铅垂或弧形布置的设备(如连续铸锭)安装，应由下向上分段进行。(6)带有倾动装置的炼钢炉安装完毕后需作倾动试验。倾动试验合格后进行炉内耐火炉衬的砌筑。炉衬完全硬化后，才可以按规范或设备技术文件作无负荷试运转。安装质量要求炼钢设备安装的一般要求，在有关的施工及验收规范中有明确规定。对于同一类的设备，因其构造不同，设备细部的装配要求各异，有关规范不能概括的部分，其安装要求应符合设备、设计技术文件的规定。
