水利工程水力冲淤水利工程水力冲淤hydraulic sluicing sediment of water projectshuili gongeheng shuili ehongyu水利工程水力冲淤(hydraulie sluieingsediment of water Projeet)利用水力减少或清除水库、河道、航道和水闸等水利工程设施受水流泥沙作用所产生的淤积的措施。水利工程产生淤积是水土流失和河流输沙受阻、流速降低的直接结果。泥沙淤积,使工程效益降低,甚至失去作用。在工程规划设计时,即应采取各种防沙、冲淤措施。工程投入运行使用后,作好防沙、冲淤处理:是工程管理的主要内容之一。泥沙,一方面对水流运动有抗拒性;另一方面受水流作用又有可动性。流速小时泥沙淤积,流速大时发生冲刷。因此,改变水流条件、增大流速,利用水流清除泥沙淤积,是处理泥沙淤积的经济有效途径。水库水力冲淤①蓄清排浑。根据河流来水来沙不平衡的特点,多沙河流水库,可采用“蓄清排浑”的运用方式。非汛期来沙少,采取蓄清拦沙运用;汛期来沙多,降低库水位(或敞泄)排沙。使水库年内冲淤基本平衡,保持一定的兴利库容,长期使用,以发挥综合利用效益。黄河三门峡水库,初期蓄水拦沙运用,1960年9月到1964年10月.高程朋。米以下库区淤积严重,后加大泄洪设施,并改为蓄清排浑运用,水库年内冲淤基本平衡。②异重流排沙。水库蓄水期间,当洪水具有产生异重流的条件时,洪水入库后,细颗粒泥沙将以异重流形式潜入库底向坝前运动。及时开闸泄流,可将部分入库泥沙排出库外。异重流排沙效果与洪水流量、含沙量、粒径组成,泄量、开闸时间及库区地形等因素有关。汛期调洪时,要加强异重流观测。当异重流到达坝前时,及时开闸,并随时调整泄量,以提高异重流的排沙效果。异重流排沙能力有限,一般只能缓和水库淤积的速度.不能解决水库淤积问题。③泄空排沙。在水库泄空过程中,回水末端逐渐向坝前移动,因而原来淤积的泥沙,将因回水下移,恢复自然河道而产生冲刷。在泄空的最后阶段,应加大泄量,使库水位骤降,以增大冲刷效果。水库泄空排沙,通过两种方式进行,即变动回水区以下的沿程冲刷及三角洲前坡和顶坡的溯源冲刷。沿程冲刷可消除回水末端的淤积;溯源冲刷,逐渐向上游发展,为冲刷的继续发展创造条件。中小型水库泄空冲刷过程中,可以利用人工或机械将主槽两侧的泥沙推进主槽,或在主槽内进行人工或机械搅动,均可增大泄空冲刷的排沙效果。④中小型水库水力吸泥。利用水库上下游水位差,将库内淤积泥沙吸出,排出库外,是清除水库淤积的一种排沙措施吸泥装置,由操作船、吸泥管路及吸头三部分组成。操作船拖着吸头在泥面上移动。
