高含沙水流含沙量很高、使流动性质发生重大变化的挟沙水流。高含沙水流多发生在土壤强烈侵蚀地区的河流中,如中国黄土地区的黄河干流和支流。山区泥石流、河口、海岸的浮泥运动及管道内水力输送固体颗粒的流动都属于高含沙水流范畴。高含沙水流当含沙量虽大但粒径较粗时常为牛顿流体,流体中任一点上的剪应力与剪切变形速率呈线性函数关系。当含沙量大、且含一定数量粒径较细的泥沙颗粒时,则属于非牛顿流体的范畴,如近似用宾汉体流型来描述,其流变方程为: 式中τ为剪应力;为剪切变形速率(u为流速);τB为宾汉极限应力或屈服应力;η为塑性粘滞系数或刚性系数。τB和η均随含沙量大小而变化,并与细颗粒含量有关。河流中高含沙水流当含沙量不过分高时,常为紊流,但当含沙量很高时,则可能转变为层流。高含沙水流自紊流区进入层流区时的流速和水深较清水为大。高含沙水流作层流运动时,床面以上的ττB范围内流速分布符合抛物线规律,在ττB范围内形成"流核",整体向前运动,τB越大,流核越明显。在低强度紊流运动时也有流核存在。高强度紊流运动时,流速分布符合对数规律。高含沙水流在层流区沿程水头损失系数 λ比在相同流速和水深条件下的清水水流大,在紊流光滑区λ也大于清水水流的值,在紊流粗糙区则相反。因受含沙量影响,泥沙沉速大幅度减少,故高含沙水流具有较大的挟沙能力。当通过较大的高含沙洪水时,可在短期内使河底发生剧烈冲刷,在中国黄河称为揭河底现象;而在水位降落,流速急剧减少时又可能骤然短时停止流动,在黄河称为浆河现象。因此,高含沙水流容易引起河道和水库的淤积,增加防洪和引水的困难,但也可利用其特性进行引洪淤灌及提高水库排沙效率。参考书目钱宁、万兆惠著:《泥沙运动力学》,科学出版社,北京,1983。
