颗粒级配分子式:CAS号:性质:又称(粒度)级配。由不同粒度组成的散状物料中各级粒度所占的数量。常以占总量的百分数来表示。由不间断的各级粒度所组成的称连续级配;只由某几级粒度所组成的称间断级配。合理的颗粒级配是使配料获得低气孔率的重要途径。在耐火材料的生产中根据原料特性、工艺条件和产品性能来确定合理的颗粒级配。具有合理颗粒级配的泥料,既有利于成形,也有利于坯体的烧结,并可获得密度较高的制品。对于密度和气孔率等要求不同的耐火制品,可通过调整颗粒级配的方法而获得。当物料破碎后,只控制临界粒度,不再对其进行粒度分级,也不再调整其粒度组成时,称自然粒度。
