家用纯水机与普通净水器的区别第一代产品:活性碳净水器。以活性碳为核心的净水装置,利用活性碳的吸附能力净化水源,对水中的大颗粒杂质、重金属、有机物、余氯等物质有一定的去除能力,是较早进入家庭的净水器。十年前兴起的矿泉壶就是这类净水器的代表产品。活性碳净水器受水源的影响较大,如原水的水质较差,此类净水器的实际效果也会减弱。第二代产品:超滤(中空纤维)净水器。此类净水器采用了中空纤维超滤膜,可以有效去除水中的细菌、大分子有机物、胶状体等。一般都辅以复合活性碳滤芯使其净化效果更佳。超滤净水器在七、八年前已经开始进入市场,是现在净水器市场上的主要产品。但是由于同样会受水源水质的影响,对原水中的溶解性固体(盐)、硬度、重金属、小分子物质无明显去除效果。与普通净水器相比,纯水机的核心技术采用了最早应用于宇航领域的反渗透膜技术。反渗透膜对原水中体积最小的物质——离子,都有很高的去除率。反渗透膜能降低原水的硬度、溶解性固体(盐)的含量等,可以彻底改变原水的水质,制造出清澈、甘甜的纯净水。纯水机几乎将原水中的各种掺杂物质全部去除,所以其供水水质受水源情况的影响较小,可适用于更广泛的领域,具有更显著的净化效果,使用更安全卫生。净水器一般利用自来水管道压力或自然压力对水源进行净化,纯水机则需要较高的压力,约在0.4-0.8MPa。这样,纯水机就需要使用增压泵,提高反渗透膜的供水压力。另外,纯水机的产水流量都比较小,一般都需要使用储水装置,提前制造并储存一定量的纯水,方便用户使用。纯水机与桶装纯净水相比,则具有几个显著特点:综合价格比更经济;由于纯水使用范围更广、使用量也更大;所以现制现用更方便、有效,避免了二次污染等。特别是有的纯水机还设置了加热和制冷系统,与桶装纯净水比较起来,具有较强的市场优势,将成为桶装纯净水的替代产品。
