家用擦玻璃清洁机器人结构设计
摘要：
随着时代的进步，科技的发展，智能家居越来越流行，与此同时，智能机器人也如火如荼地发展起来，人们越来越注重智能化，自动化。
同时，人们住的楼层也越来越高，擦玻璃变成了很难办的事情，本人自主研发设计了一款全自动民用擦玻璃小车，该小车启动之后，小车能够同时对玻璃里外侧进行全自动擦拭。
本文首先阐述了本课题的背景以及国内外发展概况，接着描述了擦玻璃机器人的整体方案的确定以及详细机械结构的设计，然后阐述了本课题控制系统的设计，最后介绍了机器人实体样机的调试。
本课题主要完成的工作：
(1)设计加工擦玻璃机器人的机械结构并进行实体装配。
(2)基于STC12单片机，设计PCB板，加工并焊接零件，然后编程烧写，上机调试。

Title Structure design of household cleaning robot for
cleaning glass
Abstract
Along with the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, the home automation is more and more popular, meanwhile, the intelligent robot is also in full swing, people pay more and more attention to intelligent automation.
At the same time, the floors which people live in are also getting higher and higher, wiping the glass becomes a troublesome thing, I design a fully automatic civil car to wipe glass in my research and development, when the car is started, it can wipe the glass outside and inside automatically at the same time.
The background and foreign development situation are described in this paper at first, after representing the determination of the overall scheme of glass cleaning robot and detailed mechanical structure design, then the design of control system of the subject is elaborated on, at last, the debugging of the prototype robot entity is introduced in this paper.
The main work of this thesis:
(1) designing and processing the mechanical structure of glass robot and assemble the entity.
(2) based on STC12 microcontroller, designing PCB board
