猛兽财经获悉，来自宁波的【昊鑫国际物流】近期已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交招股书，申请在纳斯达克IPO上市，股票代码为（HXHX）。昊鑫国际物流计划通过此次纳斯达克IPO上市以每股5.00美元的拟议中间价发行300万A类普通股，并募集1500万美元的资金。
公司业务
总部位于中国宁波的昊鑫国际物流成立于，一直从事物流行业，包括集装箱货物运输、冷链货物运输、国内外货运代理、同城配送等业务。公司开始全力扩大规模转战冷链物流行业，目标是打造一支中国长三角地区最强大的冷链物流运输巨头。公司主要市场业务范围以宁波舟山港为中心，辐射上海、广州、深圳、杭州、烟台、广西友谊关等全国各大集散中心。涉及货物种类有：各类需要低温、保温、恒温的新能源材料、电子产品、药品、肉类、水果蔬菜等。世界级新能源项目也正处于起始阶段，昊鑫国际物流目前是新能源材料恒温运输的龙头企业，公司未来业绩有望迎来爆发式增长。
